RETURN POLICY

We are dedicated to you loving your pieces! If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to start a return, please send an email to support@buespark.com that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return.

Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy.

Please contact us to be given the appropriate return address before shipping your item. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns. We do not refund shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

Buespark reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. 

*ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF: 

  • Deodorant marks
  • Stains of any kind
  • Detached size/wash & care tags 
  • Animal/human hair
  • Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
  • Any visible wear or damage
  • External forces (damage from animals, etc.)
  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing once the item reaches our facility.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@buespark.com.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return your items for a refund, then simply place a new order online for the new pieces you would like.

 

SHIPPING

If the item is faulty, please contact us to receive a paid shipping label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until the return is received by Buespark.
