We are dedicated to you loving your pieces! If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return.
All of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy, except items marked down by 40% or more which are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
We offer FREE domestic returns within the United States and will provide a prepaid shipping label once the return process is started via email.
International customers will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated returns. We do not refund original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
*ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN IF:
- Deodorant marks
- Stains of any kind
- Detached size/wash & care tags
- Animal/human hair
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage
- External forces (damage from animals, etc.)
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing once the item reaches our facility.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account
EXCHANGES AND PRICE-MATCHING
We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items. Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
